Non-author participants may register for selected conference activities or obtain Full Conference Access. Non-author registration does not include paper publication and is available at Early Bird and Standard rates only.
Full author registrations include access to all technical sessions, keynotes, digital proceedings, daily coffee breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Banquet.
ALL presenters and attendees have to register.
Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final papers, at least one of the authors must register for the conference on or before October 31, 2026. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
Extra Paper Charge: An additional CNY 2,000 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) has no other registered authors. It is important to note that both submissions must have the same first author and only one author (who register the conference) is allowed to attend the conference.
Extra Page Charge: Papers with 4-6 pages are free of charge. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay CNY 350 per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
Student Registration: Student registrants must upload relevant studentship proof document which indicates their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status the registration system when process registration.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
70% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before Oct 31, 2026.
50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made after Oct 31, 2026 but before Nov 15, 2026.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Nov 15, 2026.
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
We accept Paypa, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay (银联)), WeChat Pay (微信支付), and Alipay (支付宝).
For domestic Chinese participants requiring an official Tax Invoice (增值税发票 / 开票), please fill in your tax identification number during the payment step in the system.
