You are cordially invited to contribute your most up-to-date research work and latest engineering developments to IEEE-EPIC 2026.

The deadline for initial submissions is August 31, 2026. All initial submissions must strictly conform to the conference preparation guidelines and templates provided below (A4 paper size, single PDF file).

IEEE Xplore Eligible

Type 1: Full-Length Paper

Length: 4–6 pages
For mature, original research with comprehensive methodology and experimental results.

Length: 2 pages
Concise paper for work-in-progress, preliminary findings, or engineering concepts.

📌 Important Notes & Publication Policy:
  • IEEE Xplore Publication: Only accepted Full-Length Papers (camera-ready due Oct 30, 2026) will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Short Papers / Extended Abstracts will NOT be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
  • Award Nominations: Only initial Type 1 (Full-Length Paper) submissions are eligible for Best Paper Award and Student Paper Award nominations.
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee of IEEE-EPIC 2026.

📐 Template & Layout Requirements

All initial submissions must be a single PDF file formatted on A4 size paper. Please download and use the specific template corresponding to your submission type:

Full Paper Templates (4–6 pages)

Used for Type 1 Full-Length Paper Submissions.

Short Paper Template (2 pages)

Used for Type 2 & Presentation Only Submissions.

  • Page Cleanliness: Manuscripts should NOT contain any page numbers, headers, or footers.
  • Author List: Author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name/Initial (if any), and Last Name (Surname). Do NOT indicate any membership titles unless the author is a member of the IEEE.
  • Figures: Ensure every figure in your paper is clear and legible, with a minimum standard resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
  • References: Follow the official IEEE style for reference citations provided in the template. Please do NOT use reference styles from other organizations.

🎤 Presentation Only Submission

In case you are not planning to submit a full paper to be archived in the IEEE Xplore database, you can submit a 2-page Short Paper / Extended Abstract as a Presentation Only submission before August 31, 2026.

Note: Your Presentation Only submission will be assigned to an appropriate oral/poster session based on program requirements, but it will NOT be archived by the IEEE Xplore database.
